Toughy road ahead for Sox

The White Sox used to make Comerica Park their home away from home -- a place they could go for three or four days, kick up their feet and try to make the best out of, well, three or four days in Detroit. That changed in June, when the Tigers finally decided to defend their backyard with a little more fight, sweeping the Sox in three games.

The White Sox have posted a dismal 6.61 ERA in their last nine games, but at least one player isn�t worried. ��Everybody is saying our pitching is starting to slip,�� right fielder Jermaine Dye said, ��but it�s that time of the season where innings are starting to build up, the dog days of summer are coming and guys are getting tired � all over the league.��
